We were thrilled to host Winsome Sears at our Annual Chili Cook Off on September 26th, and grateful to our House of Delegate Candidates — Maureen Brody, Richard Hayden, Ed McGovern, and Brenton Hammond — whose hard work helped turn out the vote for our three victorious statewide candidates.
Annual Chili Cook Off September 26th!
Calling all Chili lovers! Come one, come all! Chili cooks are challenged to participate in this showdown!
Please save the date for our annual Chili Cook Off fundraiser! The festivities will take place on Sunday, September 26, 2021 from 3-6pm at Lee District Park, 6601 Telegraph Road, Alexandria VA 22310. We have reserved Shelter A for the event.

Meeting in person on June 17th!
We look forward to finally meeting in person on Thursday, June 17th from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at an outdoor location (sheltered — so we’ll meet rain or shine)! Please bring your own dinner; we’ll provide a cake and sparkling cider to celebrate last year’s merger of our Colonial and Mount Vernon groups to form Colonial Mount Vernon Republican Women.

May 20th meeting
Thank you to everyone who attended our Zoom meetings in March, at which we heard from State Central Committee member Sarah Curran and our local House of Delegates candidates, and April, which featured guest speaker Chris Braunlich, President of the Thomas Jefferson Institute.
Please join us on Thursday May 20th by Zoom to hear from guest speaker Roman Buhler, who is the National Director of the Keep Nine Coalition, working to protect the independence of the U.S. Supreme Court by permanently preserving the current number of nine Supreme Court Justices against the court-packing attempts of the left. Zoom Meeting February 22nd
On Monday evening, February 22nd we will meet on Zoom at 7:15pm to toast President George Washington on the occasion of his birthday. We will also have a speaker that evening from the Fairfax County Police Department, specifically, Captain Greg Fried, Commander of the Franconia station. Our first club meeting of the year will take place on Zoom on Thursday, January 21st. The Zoom will open at 6:45pm for social time, and our meeting will begin at 7:15pm.
